Most viewings happen after work or at a weekend. If the property is not near you, or you simply cannot make the times that suit tenants, viewings are where a let stalls.
We attend on your behalf, show the property, answer the ordinary questions, and tell you afterwards who came and what they said.

Do I need to be there?
No. That is the point of the service. You get feedback on every attendee afterwards.
Can several viewings be grouped together?
Yes, where there is enough interest. A block of viewings is usually better for everyone than four separate trips.
Will the representative agree terms with an applicant?
No. They show the property and answer questions from what you have supplied. Accepting an applicant and agreeing terms stay with you.
What about viewings while a tenant is living there?
They need the tenant's agreement and reasonable notice. The tenant is not obliged to allow them.
