Signing in
I have no password. Accounts can sign in with a six-digit code sent by email instead. Choose "Login with OTP" on the sign-in page.
My code has not arrived. Check your spam folder. Codes expire after ten minutes; request a new one and the old one stops working.
For tenants
Do I pay anything? No. Tenants pay YouRent nothing.
How do I contact a landlord? Open the listing, answer the screening questions and send your enquiry. The conversation appears under Messages.
A listing looks wrong. Use "Report this listing" on the property page.
For landlords
Why is my listing not live? Every listing is reviewed before it appears. If it was rejected, the reason is shown on the listing in your dashboard.
I have reached my listing limit. Your package sets how many listings you can have at once. Mark a let property as let to free a slot, or upgrade.
A property has been let. Mark it as let and it comes off the site and off any partner portals straight away.
Compliance services
When do I get my certificate? Once the contractor has uploaded it and our team has checked it. It then appears against the order in your dashboard.
