Pricing questions
Is the free package really free?
Yes. One advert for seven days, with no card details taken. If it lets in that time you have paid nothing at all.
Do you charge commission on the rent?
No. You pay once for the package and nothing further. We take no percentage of the rent, at any point in the tenancy.
Are there renewal fees?
No. A package runs for its term and then stops. There is no automatic renewal and nothing is charged again unless you choose another package.
What can you charge a tenant?
Almost nothing. The Tenant Fees Act 2019 bans letting fees in England, so a tenant pays rent, a capped deposit, a capped holding deposit and very little else. Our packages are paid by the landlord for that reason.
What happens when my package expires?
Adverts that are already live stay live. What stops is adding new ones — your allowance returns to zero until you choose another package.
Can I change package later?
Yes. Choose a different package whenever you need more listings or a longer run. You are never locked into a term.
