The firm pays YouRent £25.00 for the introduction. You are not charged, and the fee does not come out of anything you later pay the firm.
We do not ask for your tenant's name or contact details and we do not pass them to anyone. A firm sees the facts of the tenancy — the area, the rent, what has been served — and nothing that identifies the people in it. You give your solicitor your tenant's details yourself, once you have decided to instruct them.
Possession law has changed and is still changing. We do not tell you which notice to serve or how long it must run — getting that wrong costs months, and it is the first thing a solicitor will check. Record what you have already done and let them advise on the rest.
